Cute Neighborhood Boys =)
Wow!!! Another gorgeous day! I took a walk and all these 10 yr. old boys riding bikes were hitting on me! too cute! (literally, asking me for my phone number...soo crazy) I tried on different outfits like I was playing dress up trying to find my "look". I had finished up my scratch vocals at the studio last night and reviewed them which is basically like listening to them over and over. And tonites plans put me in the studio at 8 bells so there ya go!!! I wear my sunglasses when the sun is shining and I wear my sunglasses at night!....cuz the sun never sets on a badass! hahaha

Another gorgeous day! I got up wicked early this morning to take my brother to school and then I went to the mall to scope out clothes that would work for performing in. Then much later I met my mom and grandma for lunch. Now I'm working on songs and melodies before I go up to the studio tonight. My aunt called from Florida to rub in the fact she is seeing the yankees play today at Legions Field. But w/e...I can see Jeters beautiful face up close on TV. haha My inspiration! ;-) Here is one of my fave Derek Jeter Quotes:

Growing Up
I was pleasantly surprised to wake up to the sunniest day this year so far. I've been doing a lot of thinking today...all positive. I sat down at the piano to practice for awhile and it hit me. I always start off so rough, making mistakes and becoming somewhat frustrated. The more I sit there and focus the easier it becomes making me feel like I've just accomplished something when I'm done. Whether it be my singing, writing, piano playing or dance, the end result is always the same. The reward of working hard is wonderful. I remember in my gymnastics training when I was younger and the coaches were so hard on us until we learned to work through the pain we were feeling. Sore muscles, bleeding hands, backaches, broken bones, disappointment and the tears...we got no sympathy. However, the joy and satisfaction once we got through it and did well, was all worth it. For all my coaches, directors and now to my producer, I want to thank you for helping me grow up. Musically, I'm growing and changing and I think that may be the best thing thats happened to me.

Chicken Pot Pie
Hey!!! Today I got up early and went out to breakfast with a really good friend of mine. I left my mom cutting up veggies and chicken to put together one of my fave dishes for dinner, CHICKEN POT PIE! haha Worked all afternoon on songs and then decided to hit up a BCC baseball game with my dad for a few innings. Getting some fresh air sounds really good for a change of pace. Winters are too long anymore. I am gonna post this and head out for a bit then back here to eat yummy CPP and prepare to record some more scratch vocals for the new songs tonite at the studio. All in all, a fine day! hehe

No Complaints
I've got the time, yet there is always soo much to do! It's not hard to do what needs to be done, it's just doing it in a timely fashion. I try to have a plan of attack every day but the one thing I can count on for sure, is something WILL screw it up! haha eh, thats life and rolling with the punches is what ya do! I'm not suggesting that my mom interrupting me a million times slows me down that much, (sorry mom), but....
no complaints here...I'm just gonna count my blessings and get back to writing that hit song! hehe Long nighterz tonite too!

New Possibilities
AWESOME night last night!!!! Met some pretty cool people!! got some good advice!! and I'm looking ahead to new possibilities!!! Got home at 2am and couldn't sleep from all the excitement! I went to the mall this afternoon with my pops cuz I'm cool like that! Shopping with him tho doesn't allow for aimless looking around but I don't do it that often and he does pay for everything. hehe There are some things I wanna do and things I need to do and hopefully I can blend them ever so nicely today. Night Owl
I'm such a night person that even when I get up early, I don't really come alive until night time it seems. Which may explain my journal entries showing up later in the afternoon when I'm finally starting to feel chatty! Usually I like my alone time to think, write and sing to the point of even forgetting to eat. haha but I get to it eventually! Today I'm loving the fact that a positive review of my EP showed up in the local BUZZ Magazine! Good things are happening which I can't wait to tell you about, so stay tuned! I'm headed up to the studio early tonite where I really do feel "Alive"! hehe

TGIF
I bet most of you are thinking TGIF because it's time to cut loose after working all week. But for me....I'm looking forward to going into the studio tonight since the past two nights I had off. Last night I was happy to watch an Al Pacino movie that inspired me beyond belief! (besides the fact he is a hottie)...he is so passionate about his work and life. I'm thinking before I go into the studio I need to take a quick power nap and then I'll jump start my night with my fave energy drink "Red Bull". J Tonight we are going to be making our favorite picks on the first set of songs I've written for my album. Hopefully we'll all agree! Catch ya later everyone!

Keeping It Real
How's it going everyone? I am having a busy day but it's been all about getting to my appointments and running errands. All important stuff but now I'm struggling to get in sync with my writing. grrr, I hate when that happens. I'm trying to also keep my music sites like myspace and purevolume up to date too! I love myspace but dang that music player is always messing up. PureVolume has some new songs up so be sure to hit that up for a listen. Woot! Woot! Music = Love
So it's like this.....I'M IN LOVE!!!!
yupperz, I'm in love.....
....with music! haha gotcha! you probably thought I was in love with someone but there are all different kinds of love, right? right! I pretty much eat, drink and sleep music and if I don't have it I get a headache, I go through withdrawal and start to shake, I get angry, then depressed. So don't even think about taking my music from me! (I might as well face it I'm addicted to music) haha I was dancing earlier to these rockin' tunes and getting all motivated to write some songs. Did I mention I am a dancer too? Dancing is not just exercise...haha but yeah I got my workout! Today is voice lesson day with a side of piano! Can you tell I'm in a good mood?! hehe

Spring?!
Howdy to all my journal reading fans! (Hi grandma! hehe I know you're reading this too!) Well, everything is good and I'm feeling pretty thankful for all my family and friends! I'm pretty satisfied that my producer gave me the thumbs up last night on the hardest song I've written so far and my energy meter is still full, so stand back and watch me fly!!! Spring is in the air (according to the calendar) and most of the snow has melted away but we'll see if it sticks! The birds are definitely leaving signs of spring all over my car tho. ewwww. ok buh bye

Back on Schedule
A lot of people hate Mondays because they have to start a new week of work or school, but honestly I like Monday's because I work better when I have order in my life. All morning and afternoon I've been putting together a song and I think it's turning out to be pretty good! I hope my producer thinks so too! Now I'm looking at this mess of cd's on my bed and I desperately need to organize them cuz it's gotten outta control! haha I have dance rehearsal in a bit and then I'll finish my night up at the studio! My Weekend
I had a relaxing weekend and I hope you all did too! My horoscope read that I've been extra good and I should play as hard as I work (but keep everything in moderation) and I have to say I did just that! I got extra sleep, spent time with my family, went to a birthday party and saw a movie and in between all those wonderful things, I did research for a new song I want to write. No pressure to be anywhere or on time for anything! I'm ready to get back on schedule tomorrow though with rehearsals and working at the studio. I feel good!

Keeping Busy
So last night at the studio was awesome! While one of my new songs was being mixed I was writing another one. Then we worked on a couple more ideas. We definitely got a lot done so everyone went home happy. Tonight will be pretty much a repeat of last night, but I love it when everything goes smoothly. Aight, I'm gonna get some breakfast, catch up on American Idol real quick and then start workin again. Muah!

Peace and Love
Good morning! =) I got up to go to 8:15 mass this morning and to my surprise there was an announcement in today's church bulletin for my cd! Very cool to have the parish behind me I tell ya! Today is my "rest" day, but I never end up resting. I've felt a cold coming on too but I'll end up ignoring it cuz there is too much to always do. I am planning to take a break from working this afternoon and go see "Hair" at Epac. Gotta support my Epac family because they always support me and I love them! Besides I'm always getting ideas for new songs no matter what I'm doing or where I am anymore! Thanks to my MADhouse crew - Have notebook will travel! lol

What's up?
Hi guys! What's up? I'm just gettin' back from my dance rehearsal at Epac. We started early but ended early cuz of another show going on there this weekend and I'm feeling pretty tired. Last night at the studio I did scratch vocals on 13 of my new songs and didn't get home until 2AM. Now I will listen to them pretty much over and over to pick my fave ones. It's like 4:30 in the afternoon and I'm thinking I'll cuddle up with Sponge Bob and take a nap to prepare for another long night at the studio! Hi - School!
Last night I went with friends back to my high school to watch their talent show and it was so hilarious and probably the best I've ever seen. Awesome job guys! It was great seeing everyone including some of the teachers I miss. I really appreciate all the love and encouraging words many gave me, it means so much! Been working here on songs of course and later its up to the studio! Anyways I have to get back to work, just thought I'd drop in and say hi!

Just That Kind Of Day
Yesterday was a sweet and productive day! Writing a song about a warm place was so much easier with the sun shining out my window. I'm glad it's done cuz today is sooo opposite. Dreary weather keeps me bundled up in a blanket, sipping tea and working on a new list of song titles. I think I will make some phone calls to friends and write some emails. Sing me a ballad or two. Lovin' This Journey
I'm totally lovin' this journey I'm on! (really) I work with the best people! Last night was awesome at the studio! We worked hard till we were so tired that everything was making us laugh. lol I was pretty much in tears! I have a voice lesson later and of course watching American Idol is on my to do list. A repeat of yesterday?
Morning! Ya know, it's weird...but I wake up at about the same time each day and its always the same songs playing on the radio! Makes me think of the movie Groundhog Day and I wonder if I'm gonna repeat yesterday over again! haha Today I'm gonna write a song about some beautiful place in the world that I've never been too. Soooo I picked Hawaii! I think I'm going to ask my mom for some ideas since she's been there before. Sometime too I need to get in my Pilates workout, and later its back into the studio! Sunny Morning
yup...I checked the calendar and it's Monday! haha Hope everyone had a great weekend. Last night I chilled with a few of my theater friends and I just love being around them cuz we totally know how to have fun just singing random broadway tunes and acting out scenes! Boredom never happens with them. Then again, boredom isn't in my vocabulary cuz I have no time to be! The sun is shining and I'm feeling happy! Happy B-Day Pops!
Hi guys! Hope today is a good day for ya! Today is my pop's birthday! I won't say how old he is tho! haha Relatives came over after church and we celebrated with pizza to Italian music playing. I love it when family gets all together! While the adults had wine I happily drank my Red Bull! haha yeah it keeps me going and going and going! What's up everyone?! I got home sooo late from the studio last night and I slept in a lil longer today. well...it is saturday! haha I cleaned up my newest song from yesterday that I wrote and today I'm gonna start writing my first ballad. I live for this!!! My schedule includes a dance rehearsal for this show I'm in at EPAC coming in April. I'll let you all know the details later on! Welcome Everyone!
Good morning world!!! I just woke up and I'm lookin out the window at the beautiful snow we have here in eNY. I'm wicked excited my website is up and I wanna thank you for coming!
